Oh no! It makes us so sad to hear that you aren’t 100% satisfied with your Readers Society products! Read below on your next steps;
You have 30 days for a refund if you are unhappy with any of your product, please email; readerssocietyshop@gmail.com to start the returns process. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including the velvet bag (if you have purchased jewellery) and be unworn.
Please note earrings sales are FINAL. This is due to hygiene reasons.
Free returns may be offered for UK customers only, but please make sure you email readerssocietyshop@gmail.com first for the refund process. Readers Society cannot reimburse any return shipping costs.
Unfortunately at this time we can not offer any free returns from outside the UK but you are still welcome to return the goods you are unhappy with, please email readerssocietyshop@gmail.com to start the returns process.
