Owl of Athena Necklace

In Greek mythology, a little owl represents or accompanies Athena, and they would often be referred to as the "Owl of Athena" and has been used as a symbol of knowledge & wisdom.

The design is copy of the Athenian coin, it features an owl, an olive branch and the letters “AOE” (alpha, theta, epsilon) meaning “Of the Athenians” in ancient Greek, stands for Owl of Athena.

BUT there are even more historical links to this design... A.O.E also has a latin/roman background... "Alethia Orno Eteronis" The literal translation of the phrase is Truth, Honour, Forever.
