Hi, Sophie here! 👋🏼 When starting this shop one thing I wanted was affordable postage for all customers but atlas postage especially outside the UK can really add up. I wanted to be able to offer postage every where in the world, please drop me an email if you can't see your country at the checkout and I can see what I can do. 

I personally recommend the tracked shipping options for all international customers, just for peace of mind, especially for customers in the EU. 

All shipping times do not include processing time for orders. Current processing time is around 4 business days, though I aim to get them out as soon as I can! Orders will be shipped throughout the week.

Postage is pretty similar around the world so if you do not see your Country at the checkout let me know!

Once we have handed over your package to the post office or couriers, unfortunately we have little control, it is quite literally out of our hands. We recommend upgrading postage to “tracked” so we can keep an eye on your package. If you have any issues or concerns please email

Myself & Royal Mail have ZERO control over your country’s custom office and how long they choice to hold it for. 

For many EU countries like Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium please be aware custom offices are very slow and can hold parcels for a long period of time, so please allow 14 working days for your parcel to arrive.

Royal Mail says that international parcels can take up to 30 working days. So, please be aware of this when purchasing, I am really sorry for any issues caused, Royal Mail aim to delivery within 7-10 working days over the world but have little control over your countries custom offices delays. 

Drop me a DM or email if you are worried about your parcels location, please be aware that if you select standard tracking at the check out I cannot track the parcel. 

Wrong address: If for whatever reason you have accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us ASAP to change your details. If your item has already been shipped, sadly, we CANNOT change or re-route your product and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility for the customer to ensure all details are correct before purchase.  

Returned to sender: If for any reason your order is returned to us because of a wrong shipping address/failed delivery, we can refund the package minus the shipping fee. If you would like the package to be re-sent to you, we will ask for an additional shipping fee to cover the costs of resending the package. As a failed delivery or wrong shipping address is out of our control. 

Please note if the returned to sender is our error, we are happy to resend the package for free.

Customs & Duties: Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that you are responsible for paying duties, customs, or taxes charged by your government once your package arrives at its destination country. You should be able to find information on your country's custom prices/process online. BUT, I will try to help as much as possible in lowing the chance of any charges upon arriving in your country.
